Fair pricing and great costumer service. I had the "Smoke" hickory floors installed in my bakery storefront and they are absolutely beautiful and stand up well to constant foot traffic. The floors do take some special care and maintenance but all of the information needed to care for them is made available on the company's website, which has been extremely helpful. Had Regal Hardwoods installed in my first home in 2008. Lived there 8 years with no issues. Built my forever home in 2017 & installed Regal’s Pigeon Cove flooring. After about a year I noticed the finish was starting to come off within the grain in high traffic areas. It is progressively getting worse! Regal sent an inspector. Buyer beware, go anywhere else and use any other product!!! I purchased a large amount of flooring and hired a professional installer. He is certified through major retailers and local flooring stores, took extreme care with the product and install. My locking mechanisms are failing, regal sent out an inspector and of course are weaseling their way out by saying “installer error” just like they’ve

Spent $10k on hardwood floors from this company. We use all the correct products they recommend and the finish on the floor still comes up. You can wipe the floors with a damp paper towel and the finish just rubs off onto the paper towel. If you leave a drop of water (say from wiping off counters or washing dishes) you’ll get a bleached out spot on the wood. Total waste of money.

Spend 15K on new flooring for my house...can't get anyone on the phone to explain why you can't even use WATER to clean them. Really? They only recommend ONE prodcut that can ONLY be found in FINITE locations across the country. SURE wish i would have known these crazy restrictions before BLOWING my money on these things. It’s now going on 6 years since installing my floors and stair treads and they still look as good as day one (and we have two, 25 pound dogs). It also gave me piece of mind knowing that the stain on my floors was a Sherwin-Williams stain.
