Don’t buy hardwood at Red River Lumber, they don’t calculate board feet correctly and they will short you!
I had to keep going back on my kitchen build because every time my order was short. On my last trip I bought 1 board and at the widest point was 6.5” and was 10’ long 7/8” thick
They charged me for 6.5 board feet
They said that they add a 1” to the widest point and calculate it at 1” thick

Well it has been almost 3 months since I ordered gas logs. They were delived and installed before Christmas. The main log was broke in half. It has still not been replaced. What is so frustrating I have called multiple times and always get a promise that they are going to check on it and get back to me the same day. Which I think that has happened once. Currently still waiting on a return call fro

Beyond disappointed, ordered 38 trusses for our home build and they delivered (weeks late) 33 trusses then invoiced me the exact same amount as the 38 trusses. They said they talked to our framer and he will just build out the missing trusses. Completely unacceptable to charge for 5 trusses that were never delivered.

Red River lumber fabricated and installed our new countertops. My wife and I couldn't be more proud of the service and quality of the workmanship they provided. Everything from start to finish went very smooth. The install crew was top notch, taking care to making the process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Red River lumber for your countertop needs.

This one star review is for their execution and attention to detail. I placed my original window order April 8th 2021. The windows were measured multiple times before the order was placed this is a key point. Once the windows came in several were the wrong size. The group that does the installation is courteous professional and well organized but they do a poor job installing window when they are

I went in to pick out flooring, backsplash and countertops for our remodel. Amber helped me with my choices and did a great job. She was very pleasant and patient with me. She made the experience easy and enjoyable.
