Re rebuilt the condo i just purchased. They cut corners, did shotty work and when called on it assure me they would take care of any issue. I have not had functioning AC for 4 months. When told by the Carrollton manager RE would fix the issue immediately I waited to meet them the following Monday. Not one person showed or called. I have not heard from them in 2 weeks. Stay away from this company. They leave nails all over the property, and although they REASSURED us that they would take care of any flat tire due to nails, they refused to honor their promise. Also, instead of locking up their supplies and roofing material, they stored material in a chain linked fence which was burglarized. Our HOA used Reconstruction Experts to replace our roofs and windows after a hail storm. First, the workers were not at all professional and I honestly did not feel comfortable at all with them in my house. That I can look past though and is not why I'm writing this review.
