She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. The entire Real Wood team has also been fantastic to work with. These guys are the best with customer service and getting us taken care of. The product is beautiful, easy to work with and they have everything you need to install their flooring as well as clean their flooring.
