I was promised that if I signed the contract they would fix everything I had mentioned after the fact. Everyone was pushing us to sign. The realtor, the financing people and yet here we are almost 2 months later and nothing has been done I have nails out of walls that should be there. Windows without frame. Do NOT trust this company. They sold me a house and literally 30 days later it was broken into. They offered ZERO HELP OR ACCOUNTABILITY and mysteriously I could no longer ahold of anyone from a&e, when before when I was looking for a house it was always easy to reach them. Do not trust these people

Me & my husband had a bad experience with this builder. It was agreed by contract that the house would be finished a certain month & nope 😒. Hardly any communication whatsoever & to top that no money was returned to us due to “breach of contract”, when they broke the contract first by not having the house ready. Broken promises.
