Nick was great with us today, we’re planning to convert our bath tub into shower and he showed up to give us an inspection and quote. He was calm, patient and clear of what showing, he really spent good amount of time to walk us thru n explain thei options, quality and showed even sample materials too. Joe was an exceptional installer who kept us well-informed about his progress, even when things didn’t go as planned. We had concerns about the shower installation because it was in a complete mess before install, but Joe addressed them promptly. He did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations.
