TJ kept me informed on the details & progress.
Al made a trip here for my signature when I had app trouble, & got the permit approved quickly.

The process to having our bathroom updated was so stress-free. From the moment Victor Stinson helped us through the selection process all the way thru install. Joseph Miller did an amazing job on the install. He listened to questions I had along the way. He also listens to my kind of 80's music on the job! Another great thing about their project management is a great chat tool that everyone is on.

Joseph did amazing work replacing my cracked bathtub with a walk in shower! He was very courteous and professional. Also work space was kept neat and tidy. Joseph did 5 star work and completed in the promised 3 days.

We replaced and enlarged the shower and widened a doorway, both for easier/safer wheelchair access. This project went very smoothly from start to finish.
Dave helped with selecting from the many sales options to define what the new shower would look like and Sam stepped in to help with the the accessibility aspect.
From that point TJ served as concierge keeping us informed on timing of materials,

From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed the whole affair. Joseph was polite and courteous and explained the process as it unfolded. Some materials were not available but what was used exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for a job well done Re-bath and thank you for sending Joseph. He did a marvelous job!

Our installer, Elvie, was amazing!! At the end of each day he walked me thru what he did and had me look it over. He then explained what he’d be doing the next day. He notified me when he’d be arriving and was always prompt. I have absolutely no complaints. Just waiting now for the custom glass to be installed. Thank you Elvie!!
