We were returning a Christmas gift that was too small and didn't have the receipt. The clerk looked until he found when it was purchased and processed the refund so we could get one the correct size. He when above and beyond!

The hats I purchased are very nice. One was too big even after we measured his head! . My complaint is that I had to pay for shipping back AND there was no option for exchange for a smaller size! I would have had to pay for shipping again to get the smaller size. I'll shop elsewhere next time.

12/21- Went in to look for a specific Texas rangers item that my husband found online which was showing as in stock in the Euless store. He wanted to place an order for pick up and I said no it will be no problem to go in and find it. The young man that assisted me in the Euless store gave me his undivided attention, looked up items on the website that were not readily available in the store. He also provided me with his opinion on what would work best for my husband. In the end, I got one shirt at the store and ordered one to be shipped for free to my home. Great experience.

My son bought me a Texas Rangers glass at Christmas. It started peeling, so I returned it to Rally House. I exchanged it for another Rangers glass. The staff was courteous. I will return to Rally House when I need other team related items.

My husband and I overheard a heated conversation between a manager and his staff last night. He belittled his staff in front of us and she still helped us after the conversation asking us if we were finding everything ok. Props to the girl for sticking through it she was pleasant to everyone else after dealing with him -- Rally house needs to get better management here!

Nathan was a great help. Their store did not have the letters I needed and the Arlington store’s press was not working, but I was able to buy the letters from the Arlington store and have Euless store put them on. I appreciate their help to get what I wanted.
