On a list of recommended vendors from our insurance. Mitigation was fine, but don't make the mistake of using them for the reconstruction like we did. Very slow, would tell you one thing, then try to get away with something else. Very sloppy work. Would point out issues and would get the standard, "Oh, we'll fix that later" instead of doing it right the first time. Caused a lot of their own rework

Referred to them by my insurance company, would not recommend. Often difficult to schedule with; we were often expected to be readily available within an hour of notice or kept waiting for their arrival. They had to return multiple times to "fix" their own mistakes; some of which they tried to blame us/our choices for their work breaking. Things they had to be asked to return to fix include a hole

Let me assure you that you DO NOT want to get involved in doing business with this organization. I will eat ice cold food in a restaurant before I would complain, which is not in my DNA. They did a GREAT job!!! My home was flooded due to an A/C leak. They came out assets the situation and made sure everything was dry before. It took several day for the fan to dry my home, each day I received a text when they would arrive, the staff was always friendly and professional. Excellent customer service and work ethics!!!!!! These guys came in at the time they said. They have worked hard and we had mold in our kitchen. They are super nice and professional. The remediation was done right and we should have stopped at that point and not let them proceed with repair and rebuild, which was a big mistake and we learnt that later. Rainbow restoration came in & cleaned my apartment carpets just before I moved out of my apartment. They came in with their marching and removed some stains I had in my carpets. Really liked how they got to me in a fast manner. I would definitely use them in the future..
