I have used Rain Leak Solutions twice over the years and have been very satisfied with their thorough and professional work. The last time, my windows leaked into the house after a big rain. The windows are 20 years old and the seals had worn. Rain Leak sealed them up perfectly and no leaks since.

Randy did a very thorough job taking care of multiple areas in my home that required weatherstripping and waterproofing. He also went and above and beyond and proactively repairing additional needed areas. The value was also very good and Randy is very detailed and professional. Definitely recommend!

Great service! We brought in Rain Leak Solutions on the recommendation of our contractor to seal some wood/masonry joints. Beyond that, Sebastian found a number of other areas that needed minor work. He completed them at a reasonable cost. Great communication and thorough work. Strong recommendation, we’ll be bringing them back to our home for maintenance in the future.

Randy and Colton are excellent - very quick response times, showed up when they said they would be here, and completed the work on time. I think the costs are very reasonable and also appreciated Randy taking care of a few small things and not even charging me for them. I would highly recommend Rain Leak Solutions for any leak-related repairs like masonry, brick, etc.
