Shelly and the team over at Raesz Flooring did a great job replacing all of our flooring in our home with engineered hardwood. Their product was gorgeous and they were professional and communicated throughout. Highly recommend!

Shelly and Raez are truly exceptional. We renovated our home and needed to add onto the existing wood floors that Raez had installed prior to our ownership. We enlarged our family/living room space so I was really concerned about seeing the difference between the old floors and new floors and that they wouldn't match.

The flooring installation by Custom Floors by Raesz was amazing! The workers were very professional and proficient at installing our new wood floors. I would definitely recommend this company to any one wanting new flooring ! Finished product is beautiful!

We've worked with Gary and his staff for decades. They're very knowledgeable and ready to help, even if it's a small job. They have an exceptional array of product and quality installers. Warning! Warning! Warning! The owner Gary Raesz is a poor business man. We contracted him to do a very large job. Thing were not going well with him. We ask to cancel the job. We were will to pay for all material that was ordered. We wanted to get the money on supplies that have not been order and labor that had not been preform. He said absolute not. He had a contract and he was not going to let

The owner Gary is as unprofessional as it gets. He cursed me out and called me a liar just because I told him that we wanted flooring he had, but he didn't have any stock. It was true, and not even a big deal. But he went off the rails and cursed out someone he doesn't even know. Pathetic.

Nice people but when they installed our floors they damaged all the cabinets and floor boards. Our builder didn't hold them accountable but that's a story for another day...
