R.L. Nelson came to my house and installed a root barrier system, that was recommended from engineer. Stephen and his crew did a great job and was so impressive, accurate and did very well on clean up. I gave him and his men 75 dollars gratuity. We received service to install a root barrier. Customer service was great. Communication was not the best when they had to reschedule the work multiple times. The crew that performed the work was excellent and professional and provided me with enough pictures of the process to submit to my engineer for review.

We had hired a structural engineer to create a report on what needed to be done to fix out foundation after a few unsuccessful attempts in the past 5 years. R L Nelson was recommend by the engineer and they did a great job. They used a copy of the report on fixing the foundation including installing new piers, leveling the house, and installed a bio-barrier root barrier. They worked quickly and

The RL Nelson crew installed root barriers to discourage my three beautiful oak trees from destroying my home. The crew was on time, worked hard and completed the work on schedule. They had a nice touch which prevented damage to two unmarked pipes that they encountered. They also had to rout one barrier thru a hedge which they repaired nicely. Good work, great value.!
