I have arranged this lady to have hood cleaning service on Thursday to come next Tuesday. On that day, she was not showing. Next day, I texted her, and she said there was family issue. She said she could come on Thursday same week and another no showing. I texted her 3 times and no respond. I don't think what she knows what business is.

I tried to use them, they don't come out to quote, they ask you to take a picture of the hood, they quote, they give you a price, you agree with the price, they schedule you, they text asking. if they can reschedule for the next day because of another job and I understand so I say sure. They next day they don't show. up after you have your guys stay longer then normal and then tell you didn't con

The owner is nicw but, they did not completed the job, and after weeks of asking for them to finish the job and for them to provide a receipt and the sticker to show that the job was done, they just ignore my calls and text.
