Raul was very pleasant & arrived ahead of the scheduled time. Very pleased with that! We have two big dogs so the area rug had a lot of wear but Raul did a wonderful job!! Definitely recommend this company!

Raul did an AMAZING getting our carpets back into shape so that we could get the house ready to sell. He was able to walk us through our options and help us figure out the best one for us. Call them for quick, through, and efficient service.

We were ripped off. We had carpets cleaned and stretched. The one man quoted my husband, Doug Rousseau, a lower price and me the higher. I said ok not knowing this, thinking the cleaning was included. When I realized what had happened, I talked with him. He wouldn’t change. We paid over $600 for a clean and stretch of a 12x15 room. It took them 40 minutes maybe less

Quality carpet care did an excellent job! Our carpets look amazing and the tech Raul Jr did a great job in explaining the whole process step by step before starting. I highly recommend them. 👍🏻👍🏻🎉🎉

Started my day off with my loveable doodle puking in 2 spots this am !! It has been on my To Do list for awhile to have our area rug professionally cleaned. Well no better time like NOW !! I was amazed.. I called Quality Carpet Care & Tile Services (McColl Rd) and they were able to squeeze me in TODAY. I was also amazed at the prices not just the quality of the work and customer service. HIGHLY
