I called PuroClean after I had a water leak in my master bathroom and they were quick to respond and fix the problem area so that we did not incur any more water damage than we already had. They checked for mold and made sure that the surrounding area was ok. Great service and knowledgeable people!

We had Adrian respond to help us with our water damage in the house. He communicated every step of the way and came by everyday. He was polite and understood and explained the whole process to us. If I called with questions he would resolve them and was patient. We knew we were in good hands.

In my years of dealing with different vendors, I have never encountered such dishonesty and a lack of integrity. We experienced water leakage that impacted our wood flooring and got our insurance involved. PuroClean is our insurance company's preferred vendor so we had them come.
