Puro Clean NB came to the rescue after coming home from out of town to find flood damage. Tony brought in construction manager Jeremy Martinez and they went to work immediately. After Tony had the place dried out and cleaned up Jeremy and his team came in and began the re construction process and they did and excellent job in all aspects of my major project. Puro Clean of New Braunfels did a great job! Our ten year old Toto toilet somehow cracked from the inside while we were on vacation. They showed up the same day we called.

They did everything they said they would do plus more! Decontamination ended up costing more out of pocket than i thought, but the reconstruction aspect headed by Jeremy made me feel a lot better and soften the blow with the additional work that was provided. I would recommend.

Misty and Tony were great! Tony was very responsive and handled my questions and concerns with great care. Misty was a real Pro! She explained the process step by step, did what she said she was going to do, when she said she was going to do it. Truly I couldn't have asked for more. They were both incredibly patient helping me to understand the process and how to prevent further damage.

I called PuroClean to get an estimate for reconstruction of my bathroom, hallway and media room due to previous water damage from shower leak. Jeremy Martinez (Reconstruction Manager) promptly came out, accessed repairs needed and provided an estimate within 24 hours. He also advised that repairs could begin immediately.
