Martin arrived on time! He came in and introduced him, explained the process and got straight to work. He was done before I could just take a peek. After assuring the details he was gone in approximately 45 minutes. I am very pleased with the results.

Martin did an excellent job cleaning out rental home carpets. He even removed slime on the carpet leaving everything beyond my expectations. Also, he steamed clean the tiles and the grout was transformed and ultra clean. Martin is respectful, very polite, considerate of your time showing up on time and reliable. Honest is how I would describe Martin Palacios from Pure Heaven Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning who came to my home to clean two leather sofas and a leather chair. After doing a test to see if it was feasible to clean, he told us that cleaning would not harm our furniture, or discolor it, but also wouldn’t be effective. He didn’t want to do it and have us be unhappy because it wouldn’t make much di

We recently moved to Georgetown and used Pure Heaven for our carpet cleaning needs. They got us on their schedule within a few days of my call, and they did the best job - exceeding all expectations! Stains that we were sure wouldn't come out - gone. The carpet upstairs and down looks brand new and smells so fresh and clean!! Their customer service sets the standard and we won't use any other
