Throughout the loan, build, and closing process, everyone at Pulte and their affiliates were great to work with. Even after closing, receiving a call from customer care (warranty)was welcoming. I also love that they had no issues with 3rd party inspections. We are very happy with our home.

I have got the house in the bidding. Still the finishes in the house and outside are made like cheap builders. They should have made little better with the quality of products as they got high price with bidding. Even after taking more than 15 months to build the house, I can still see the things in the house are not made properly.
