Had a very bad experience with the Manager Todd,
Did not have a receipt but i gave him the date when we made the purchased and he refused to help.
What retail store can't have access to their sales history?
and on top of that raising his tone, when a leader in charge is supposed to have experience on how to handle situations like this.
Not a good experience.....

Staff is friendly and helpful, they carry good tools and equipment, and some of the best wall base you can get. Unfortunately they switched from Ardex to Uzin a while back but I guess you can't have everything.
