I was impressed with how quick Prestige was to respond to my request for service. Equally impressed, I was, with how Alena, the owner, was able to fit us into the schedule. We are selling our home and trying to close so timing was crucial. The service tech was came, was kind, friendly and efficient. He got right to work, gave us clear instructions and did a great job! Andy restored my horrifically dirty carpets I was close to ripping out to an unbelievable level of clean. He delivered more than was asked by moving furniture insisting the job be done correctly. All was done for what I considered to be a very fair price and exponentially less than what my other options were. I highly recommend Prestige Carpet and Floor Care.

They saved the day!
I found out just a few days before my move-out, that I needed to have the carpets professionally cleaned. Alena was wonderful, to squeeze me into their schedule. And Danny and team member did a great job making the carpets look almost-new again. Great value. And excellent customer service!

Excellent service. Very nice and reliable people. Made my old carpet look good enough to last till I finally figure out what to do about it.

Excellent service! We just purchased a home and there was a terrible odor when you walked in. Now the carpets look great and you can feel the clean when you touch it! They also got the pet odors out for me. Very happy customer and would highly recommend this company. Also, You will love Alena! She's so friendly!
