Do NOT use Premier flooring. They helped us match some tile for our bathroom and ordered it and it did not match. Why did they order if if they knew it didn't match. Then wouldn't even try to consider trading or helping us find the right one. It was all our fault according to them. They are taking no responsibility at all. The color or the texture. Bought some remnants and they wouldn't take a card only cash. I handed my stepfather two twenties and two tens. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Low quality flooring, TERRIBLE INSTALL. The flooring was not even laid all of the way to the wall and trash all over the house after they were done. Promised to come repair and MONTHS later and multiple phone calls later still “on a repair list”. Shady business man and low quality material and even worse service. I came in to ask about flooring. The next day they came and took measurements. A week later they showed up and installed the floor. Fast, professional, and affordable!
