I brought my van to them because I needed my ECM replaced. It was my second one in six months. They did not dig into what could be causing it to go out, but they did find other little problems that they wanted to charge me over $2,000 for. My ECM was under warranty from a different shop, so that wasn't included in the charging price. They put a zip tie on my plug to my ECM instead of fixing it. I

It’s all about money money moneyyyyyy!
Almost $400 later to BALANCE TIRES!!! $100 of that is “diagnostic” just to tell us that the tires needed balancing which I feel should have been obvious… Not to mention sitting here for over 2 hrs just to get the tires balanced! Make it make sense. It’s really so sad and it makes me realize just how important these little mom and pop shops are!! Also the way

Precision has taken great care of me for many years. From regular maintenance to major engine repairs, they do a great job. Recently replaced my alternator and took care of an oil leak. I really appreciate the great service you provide!

Excellent customer service we broke down on the side of the road. Their employees came and picked us up in their personal vehicle and then picked our car up with a tow truck brought it here to the shop and even though they closed, they still did not stop working on our vehicle absolutely wonderful people that work here will be definitely recommending and coming back if any more problems thank you
