The owners, installers, designers, and admin staff were very professional and really worked with me to get the product I wanted. They worked with me on a custom door design and created exactly what I wanted.

The doors are constructed with top quality. the craftsmanship of the install is an area for improvement. Shims were not used around the door framing and cutout framing of the house, insulation was not going to be installed until I requested it. Trim molding, caulk and paint lines were not done well (no painters tape was used but freehanded). multiple caulk lines were wavy and irregular. The fin

Your painter who came to touch up my custom made front door was just wonderful. He was especially careful to tape off everything, he laid paper on the floor and hung a plastic curtain to be sure not one drop of paint spray got on the floor or furniture. We love our door and really appreciate the customer care we have received from Porte.

We used Porteusa to create custom doors for our front entrance. They manufactured and installed the doors perfectly. It's been 7 years. They came back to refurbish them, and now they look brand new. They returned calls and came when they said they would come. Great company.
