Excellent experience at Porcelanosa in Dallas. I visited the store several times, and Sarah was always upbeat and ready to help me. I quickly identified a slab I loved for the kitchen counters, but I went back and forth on various options for the backsplash. Sarah was patient, and she identified a tile that goes beautifully with my countertops. I never would have thought of this tile on my own

I stopped in, unannounced in the Dallas store, and Sarah was the absolute best - forced me to take samples, which actually helped
me make my final decision. It was a small job and she treated me like I was buying a full hotel supply. Excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Yessica! She was phenomenal...very knowledgeable of all the products and went out of her way to be helpful. We loved our experience and especially enjoyed the special attention we received. The products were also superior to any we had seen before! In June I had gone to a competitor's tile shop in the same neighborhood and waited for 45 minutes for someone to notice me so I went to Porcelanosa. Yessica was the first person to great me as I entered the store and provided me with excellent customer service. I am in the process of installing the tiles now and I am thrilled with the quality of the tiles and the quality of the customer service.
