I simply love visiting this store even if I'm not shopping for a particular item(s).🤭 The store is immaculate, bright and cheery. Their prices are affordable. I saw a Dollar General truck making deliveries. The establishment consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness, offering a comprehensive selection of products and a pleasant aroma upon entry. The restrooms are also impeccably maintained. Overall, the store provides a highly satisfactory experience. The customer service is awesome too.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Casie and Rebecca, who helped me with my last minute needs. The store was well-organized, and I found a great selection. I definitely recommend to friends and family I'll be coming back very soon.

The place is great to to on a cheap splurge.
Tip: when there's heavy traffic on 78, this office is perfect to kill some time.

I came with specific needs (ginger candy and peppermint essentially oil) which they didn't have, but staff took the time and did the legwork to make sure there was nothing that would do.
A good shopping experience despite the disappointing results this time, but I plan to return with other needs.

This location -- with its neglected landscaping along the street -- is where employees completely lack the interest to greet customers and interact with them.
The manager and cashiers are best suited for a stockroom, not a sales floor. Even when you enter with cheery energy and greet them, they give you an awkward side-eye.
This is not how the brand is represented in Rockwall nor McKinney.

Okay, I had no idea Popshelf was owned by Dollar General until I looked it up—& I’m honestly shocked. This store feels nothing like what you’d expect from them. It’s bright, clean, super aesthetic, & totally gives boutique vibes without high prices. It reminds me of a mini Target or HomeGoods, but more curated & more affordable.
As a mom, I love finding little luxuries here—like Mrs. Meyer’s bar
