My family purchased some little things from inside the store. I just looked on reviews by happenstance. I'm embarrassed I shopped here. Unprofessional. Look at the negative reviews. They clearly block old reviews so it just says "negative" and they kind of put down upset customers instead of trying to make it right. We had a pool installed this spring. Murray walked us through every step of the process and made sure everything was done correctly. He even redid our deck because HE wasn’t happy with it. Everyone we encountered at our home was professional, knowledgeable and hard working. We could not have been more pleased with the entire process and with the outcome. I had a great experience this past year when Pools and More installed my gunite pool and spa. The entire process from planning, dirtwork, gunite, equipment installation, and decking/concrete staining was executed without issue. After doing our own pool cleaning/maintenance for over 20 years, we decided to hire Pools & More to do that for us this pat summer. They did an excellent job, even coming out extra days to take care of some trouble spots. They were very responsive with any questions I had. It was great having the pool clean and ready anytime we wanted to use it!

We had an amazing experience with Pool N More. No hidden charges. Project started on time and work was done in an efficient manner. The customer service has been top notch. Even coming out during a snow storm to check something we were worried about! We have absolutely loved our pool and our relationship with the Pools N More staff!
