Great company, they just finished building me a complete custom pool. Great communication though out the entire process. Start was a little slow no fault of theirs (permits with the city and HOA) but once they started it went super fast. 5 weeks from start to finish. Very reasonable price. Avoid this company if you value craftsmanship and integrity.
EDIT AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE: I am not sure at all what you mean by your reply, but the images were taken the day your tech left and sent to you via text with a request that you send someone else to clean up the mess.
You were less than cooperative and sorely blasé about the work that your employee did... nevermind all the cigarette but

First and foremost, this company is amazing at communication. They let you know when they’ll be there, what they’ll be doing, and then they show you everything that was done prior to leaving. I am so thankful to have found Pool Vibes. They are on time every week and they do a great job. They are professional and very responsive to phone calls and even text messages. Their technicians are knowledgeable and great at what they do. We've gone down the road of trying to keep our own pool clean and it's a lot of work when you are not a professional. We used Pool Vibes to replaster our pool and spa. From the beginning, they were very responsive. They did not try to "up sell" any additional services, which I appreciate. We are not planning on staying in this home long term, so affordability was our priority. Everyone was very professional and courteous on the crew. We had our pool built with Pool Vibes The whole experience was under 3 month! And the entire team was very responsive the entire team. From initial quote to handover, the team has been top amazing! After starting mid November and we were swimming in February when it got in the 80s (had to heat up the pool, totally worth that investment).
