I would give them a zero if that was an option. They installed the pool. I had them back out to give me a bid on some small repairs items. Got the bid and I’ve called no less than 15 times (probably more) to schedule the repairs. I have not even gotten a call back.

Had been a client for over 10 years, unprofessional and non responsive changed that for me. Used to be a good company but the level of customer service has diminished greatly.
