Pool Care Specialists have been our pool repair team for 15 years. I called Doug late on Thursday with a pump leak issue, and he had it repaired by Friday AM. Two years ago, they also modernized our controller with Wi-Fi access. They also got us through the Snowpocalypse.

Doug was very responsive for fixing a leak in my pool pump. He gave a quote using photos, came on time and fixed it. He gave some good advice on pool repair for spring. Photo is before repair.

We had a pool filter that was on its last legs. We called Doug and he responded promptly, visited the same day, and gave us his recommendations. Doug came out quickly to install our new filter, which was leaking, and we are now set. I would highly recommend this company for your pool care needs. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Could not be happier with the work done by Pool Care Specialists!! They were extremely responsive, answered all our questions (we had a lot!), and worked quickly and efficiently. They replaced all our equipment (pump, filter, and booster pump) and it looks and runs great. I would definitely recommend them!

Epic service in a pinch!
I accidentally broke off my filter’s pressure gauge after hours with temps below freezing, and Doug was able to get me a spare in less than 20 minutes for a fair price! He also gave me solid advice on how to easily remove the old threaded insert without damaging the filter cartridge housing. I was able to get my pool back up and running quickly with no leaks. My pool and spa had black and green algae that I was not able to manage any longer. I contacted Pool Care Specialist and they immediately addressed the problem and arrived almost everyday to monitor the problem until it was totally resolved. I'm thankful to have them now weekly maintaining my pool and spa. A Great Team of Professionals!
