I had an excellent experience with Pleasant Run A/C & Heating. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly customer focused. They removed my old AC unit and installed a brand-new system in just a day and a half, which was much faster than I expected. The crew worked diligently, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered top-notch workmanship.

If you looking for a honest ac technician with great customer service then Pleasant Run ac/ heating is your go to. I have been a customer for 5 years and he has always did a great job and will not cheat you like most of these companies. I totally recommend his service and most importantly he is VERY affordable.

My old system was bad and was not cooling my home. I booked what I thought would be a maintenance check or potential repair but ultimately had a desire to replace the unit.
Forest checked the system and explained the problem which would only be a temporary fix. After I explained to him my interest in replacing the unit, he provided me with a recommendation of a unit and the cost.

Pleasant Run A/C did an amazing job. I was able to get same day service within just a few hours of calling. They were able to come to my home like 2 hours before the agreed upon time to which I was so thankful for because it was over 80° inside my house. They were professional and kept me well informed. I will continue to use their services for regular seasonal maintenance.

Forrest has replaced two original units for our house over he last year and a half. He has always been up front and provided options. He let me choose the route I wanted to go with no pressure. I have called him a couple times and he is quick to respond and provide answers, etc. Would highly recommend you give them a call and try them out.

Our service tune up was done professionally and thoroughly. Forrest our technician went above and beyond by also taking care of a condensate line clean out and fixing an electrical wire issue we didn’t even know about. We paid for the services rendered, everything was explained clearly.
