I had them move us yesterday and they broke my 75 in tv , scratched up my mirror and broke the leg of my sofa. Andrew told me I was lying and they didn’t break my stuff meanwhile the movers dropped my tv and I told them it better work and now after tipping them, giving them drinks, and being nice I get to come out of pocket even more for a company I thought was trusting..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

2.5 stars - fit us in last minute and after they had an issue during the original time, they fit us in first thing the next morning. Grateful for that, however, they broke two mirrors in a china hutch and are offering $10 or to "look in their warehouse" for something to replace it with. The movers were fast, but rushed and did not seem like they were being careful with our walls and floors and fur

Alex and Nick were amazing! Not only did they continuously work hard and fast, but they were super courteous. They were very careful with my furniture and TVs. I highly recommend Platinum Movers to anyone looking for great service. Plus the price was fair.

My move was so smooth, I would definitely recommend! My movers were Nick and Stephen, they were both really friendly, on time, super fast, but still gentle with all of my stuff. I felt like the price was great given how much service they provided. Thank you!

Alex and Edgar were very prompt and ON IT!! They came prepared and ready to move. They got the entire house moved within about 3 hrs. Very professional, polite and funny. Highly recommend for any of your moving needs!!

Alex and Blane were amazing! Not only did they continuously work hard and fast, but they were super courteous. These two are amazing, and the company did a fantastic job hiring these two gentlemen. They did such a good job that when we had to do a second load on another day, we requested them! Thank you, platinum movers, for the hard workers and quality move!

Guys did a good job my stuff didn't get damaged. The cost was a way more than what I was expecting to pay and it took way longer than I believe it should have taken. It took a little over 8 hours and it should have only taken about 5 hours no more than 6 hours. You are paying by the hour as well.
