Mario came out within 20 minutes of my call after receiving a 4x larger than normal water bill. Our water meter notified us of a possible leak. Called Plano Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. They identified the leak within a few minutes and quickly fixed it. Very friendly and professional.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism, promptness and courtesy from Jack and his team at Plano Plumbing. They promptly found and fixed a major issue I had, have given me a reference for another issue they didn't work with and mostly recently detected why I had leakage and damaged floor without charging me for the sales call as it ended up not being a plumbing problem.
