I had to call 3 times over the course of 2 days before someone called me back. I went with Bratton's because they answered, helped me immediately and didn't keep putting me off. I picked Pierce first because I liked the products on their website but unfortunately I didn't get to to try them out.

Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They listened to what we needed, loaded our furniture right away and they have great prices!! Will definitely continue making our purchases there. 😊

Shanda was the greatest sales person I have had in a while. She assisted me in selecting two recliners for my parents. (Pic provided is my mom in purchased recliner). Shanda helped me for an extended time until I finally found the recliners that fit my parents’ taste. Pierce Gallery Furniture had a wide selection and I sat in most of them to make my final selection.

Super excited about my new sofa, I went in last month and purchased 2 Lazyboy recliners and when I got ready for a sofa, I told the salesman exactly what I was looking for. He called me back and said he thought he had something at a different store and would bring it to San Angelo store for me to look at. Went in Monday and had it delivered today. Went in specifically looking for a Lazyboy recliner, service was great and so was the selection. They offered next day delivery and I was very pleased with the entire experience. Chalk was very knowledgeable about the choices, fabrics, etc. I will definitely go back again.

The employees were helpful and pleasant from the lady working the floor to the guys helping put the furniture in my truck as well as securing it for the long trip to my home!
