I can't believe they're racist even towards dogs in this country. I booked an appointment at this place for my dachshund to get a bath and nail trim, and they refused to see her despite her having her "international vaccination certificate." The receptionist couldn't give me an explanation; she just kept repeating "policies," "policies." "We don't accept stickers in Spanish." Absolutely outrageous

Store is ALWAYS clean. Never smells bad. Employees are always kind and helpful. When I couldn't get accommodated in the grooming side of PetSmart because of my work schedule, Banfield Pet, located in the PetSmart, was able to trim my dog's nails at a reasonable price, and quickly, too!!!
We love coming in here and it's always fun for my Jack Russell Terrier, Charlotte, too!

The staff is amazing. Corporate is not. But that’s most businesses nowadays. No bathrooms for over a week now. Why does it take so long to fix this issue? Please make it better. Also Petsmart should not have animals in their stores at all! It is a retail pet supply store, not an appropriate pet selling store by any means.

The store and the brand can be good but it's the employees that make the difference. In the case of the PetSmart store in Euless, it is Jason who makes it worth to be a customer there. Outstanding customer focus!

Don’t go here for grooming. Previously it’s been ok, nothing amazing but fine. This most recent time ensures I won’t be going back. After dropping my dog off to what seemed like someone who was not interested, I later saw them walking around the store nearly 30 min later and not having started anything so not surprised I didn’t get a call to pick an hr later than normal. I would give 0 star if possible. The employee was so rude and told another customer with Doberman that he shouldn’t shop if he can’t control his dog and the dog was so friendly. She wasn’t even causing any chaos at all!

The worst customer service I've ever had. I called for an hour before arriving because I wanted to cancel my order. They never answered. When I arrived, I told the cashier about my frustration and she literally ignored what I said. She said, "What now?" After I spoke for like 3 minutes, she ignored me. I am heartbroken after taking my dog to the PetSmart grooming salon at 2800 SH 121 Frontage Rd, Grapevine, TX 76039. Shortly after bringing him home, he developed a twisted stomach and had to be rushed to the ER. My dog has never shown this level of anxiety or stress before.
