The sales professionals were always present, Knowledgeable, and efficient. My family was able to view several homes and was educated on the homebuying process. I love this community not only for the amazing features inside the home, but also for the sales reps that treat you with respect and patience. I had quite a load of questions, and they took the time to answer every single one.

DISCRIMINATES AGAINST SINGLE MOMS. David Katz, our salesperson, does not have the authority to make decisions and refused to let us talk to management. Also unwilling to work with usda loan program. Would not allow the 60-90 days needed to close. Terrible customer service.
