Update 5/12: we got a notice from a subcontractor that the company did not pay them and they are threatening to put a lien on our house. The company is no longer answering their phones and appears to have shut down. I assume our warranty is void and we have to pay the subcontractor what we had already paid PermaPier for.

Perma Pier did a great job on our foundation repair. From start to finish, this was process was clear and on schedule. Van was very helpful in explaining everything and level setting on expectations (ie work scope, inspections, cost, and schedule).

We have a wet foundation in the center of our house, due to a hot water copper pipe leak discovered in 2019. (Repaired 7 years ago, and hot water rerouted using PexPipe).
However, the foundation in that 'room size area' is still damp/wet, even 7 years after repair. Two different types of flooring have been ruined because of this problem.

A special shout out to Sales Director, Justin for honoring older terms and helping my clients obtain their warranty (that they didn't get transferred eight years prior) and pass it on to sell their home. horrible communication. They don't answer the phone or emails. I have a warranty with them. I tried to get documentation of my repairs. They suddenly disappeared and are not available by phone or email. I don't know how they are still in business when they don't pick up the phone for customers and have no answering machine.
