I have multiple sets of Pella French doors in my home that were installed in 2009. I have owned the home for almost 7 years and have had multiple issues with the doors closing properly. Pella San Antonio has come out each time I needed service for $250-$300 charge and adjusted the doors. Now they are telling me that they cannot resolve the problem and that I should contact a handyman. Great servic

The delivery of our windows went amazingly! The delivery men, Rick and Brandon, were very professional and courteous. They were challenged with transporting heavy windows and doors in a limited area. The only documented issue was a scratch on one of the sliding doors. I hope Pella has a touch up kit to match the finish. Once we unwrap everything we will do a more thorough inspection of the product

Ask for David & Damian - This Pella South Texas team did a fantastic job replacing a damaged large window. They were efficient, respectful of my new home, and meticulously cleaned up after completing the install. And… they are nice guys too.
