High quality products with impeccable customer service! We walked into the Peek's Floor Co. store in Grapevine, TX on 6/14/2025 and spoke with John Stacy who was very helpful and knowledgeable. On 6/30, the deposit was made and by 7/18 both the flooring (RevWood Plus Cotton Knit Oak) and carpet (Touchdown in dove color) for the entire home (2,500 square feet) were installed with brilliant craftsma

Absolutely loved the work of Peeks Flooring. John helped us pick the perfect flooring for our 4 bedrooms upstairs. The installers took out the old carpet, hauled it away, and laid the new flooring with perfect precision! We could not be happier. Worked with John Stacy who is very knowledgeable on what carpets are better as we have med dog, color coordination, richness and other suggestions like replace the rug in Fam rm, coordinate with the rug in dinette table etc. He visited my home in Flower Mound, TX. No selling just suggestions.

What an awesome experience! John met with us, went over everything with our flooring in a thorough fashion, and then answered our questions quickly each time over the ensuing days. His guys did a great job on both carpet and wood flooring. They were skilled, helpful, respectful, and did a great job! From start to finish we were grateful for the process, and now our flooring looks fantastic!

I highly recommend this place! Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable of their products and listen well to your needs. We were referred by our friend that lives in Waco. We live in Austin drove up for the day. I'm so glad we did. They were so helpful. I've attached pictures of carpet we pulled up and the flooring John helped me choose. I was vacillating from tiles or vinyls. LOVE the results
