Very unprofessional. Nat from the front desk need to attend some training on how to talk with customer because of whom she gets her salary. Very very unprofessional. It's the worst apartment I have lived in for many many reasons. The buildings are very very old and not worth the price, maintenance is practically non existent. i lived here from february 2024- April 2025 with my roommate, when we first moved in management was great and everyone that worked there was fairly nice. i don’t have many complaints about living there other than some that have already been stated in other reviews. my biggest complaint is the process of being charged for all the boloney AFTER we had moved out. for starters they charged us a crazy

I stayed here for about 4 years and I loved every bit of it! I had my daughter here, and my son grew up here. The staff is amazing! Ms. Jeanne, Ms. Kiyoshi, and Nat has been amazing to both me and my children. Had I not bought a house I would still be there! They became family! The maintenance team! Mario is my fav! He gets the job done! I love y’all!! From Lunden and the kids!! 🫶🏾

Worst apartment. Please don't lease with them. Most of the reviews are accurate about sending your bill to collection after you end your lease. sent them multiple emails about regarding if there are any balances left on my account but they don't reply. Tried calling them they don't pick up the call. The from desk is rude and very unprofessional. The apartment is old and rusty. Your utilities bill

Dustin and the maintenance team are fantastic. I can’t stress enough how great Dustin was. He came out quickly, always had a good attitude, and genuinely seemed to care. This is specifically for Dustin the maintenance man. Our water tank was leaking and he wasted zero time to help us out. He was by himself and got it done very fast. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with maintenance, but Mr. Dustin was a pleasure to talk to and have help us.

We are new here, the complex is quiet. Dustin the maintenance man is quick, very knowledgeable and kind. It’s Refreshing to live somewhere they get things done in an efficient manner of time .

I previously left a review 3 years ago. I had lived there for about 5 years. Great tenant no issues. Lived in 2 different apartments while there. I gave my notice I was leaving when my lease was up. I left my apartment spotless clean nothing destroyed all clean, cleaner than what I received it. Apparently they sent me to collections for cleaning fees that totaled 1 month rent! Really?!!
