They are terrible! Russell their project manger is the worst. We have used them twice now and I have been fustrated both times. The first time, we had them put in new wood floors, countertops and tile floors in the kitchen. The countertop installer installed two different counters in our kitchen. It took me a month to realize it ( subtle but quartz from two different manufacturers). They also did
