Madeline was very reasonable, punctual, and professional. She performed a deep clean on my mother’s home and did an amazing job! She cleaned the rugs in dining room and living room and I almost didn’t recognize them! The dust was gone, clutter was organized and the whole house just felt cleaner. She also called to check with me after the job was done to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Thanks

If I could give zero stars to this business I would. I would highly recommend for you to use any other cleaning services in the Victoria area. I have used Maddi and her crew twice now. The first time had no problems other than her showing up at 4 in the afternoon and staying until 2 am when my husband and I had work the next morning. Can’t tell you how they clean, but she was going to meet me at my house for an estimate, and here it is an hour later and she doesn’t answer calls or return texts. I can’t say with that level of un-professionalism that I would be happy w the cleaning results... or if they’d even show up to do the job. Very disappointing. ☹️
