We Had purchased Moroccan 4 X 4 Zellige tile and all the materials for install. We decided to have PDL Designs Install the tile on our kitchen backsplash and we were overcharged to say the least. We set up the first install around mid-November, I agreed to Frank P terms, and understood that their fee would be $600 per day. Our builder bought carpet from these guys and after water damage, we found them and tried to inquire if they still carried the same carpet. We first called Rick on Saturday and he sounded like we woke him, so we said we'd send him the original invoice so he could check. He agreed.
