Owner was very kind and knowledgeable. He has a wide variety of tools for sale at a very reasonable price. Would most definitely recommend going to see him if you're in the market for some new tools.

Went by get a dead bolt. They were short staffed. Or on deliverys.

Can’t get any information as far as pricing and availability on anything else unless you want to put in your private information and email . Needless to say if they don’t want their product and prices posted I can’t spend my money or waste my time by shopping there.
They need to get up to date with technology !

Jef is one of the best managers I have run across during my 35 year career in the industry. He and his wife know their store inventory and provide a level of customer service second to none!
Good honest people create good businesses. I will be back here doing business with them for years to come.

Very helpful staff that will help you locate what you looking for in this crammed packed small hardware store. They utilize just about every space they can to give such a huge selection of product. Above all, for some reason, the prices are far below the big box store chains.

I didn't really get to look around but the staff were real helpful. I wasn't trying to be as complicated as I seemed to be consdeireng only spent $1.25. Mistyped searching for ACE Hardware and hadn't realized a hardware store was nearby. Can't drive so that was a big plus as well. The screws I needed were hard to find but the lady found them.

I went to Lowes, Home Depot, and another Lumber yard and average cost for the material I was looking for was $35/sheet. Pates beat it at $26/sheet. Overall I saved $200 on my order!!! AND they delivered for free! I could not be any happier. Thanks Jeff!
