I am a homeowner/DIYer. My refrigerator door had not been closing properly for several years. After diagnosing the issue and figuring out the parts I needed to replace, I looked up the OEM parts on four parts supplier websites, including Parts Warehouse. I looked at cost, of course, but also availability, estimated ship dates, and return policy. I also looked at reviews for each of the suppliers.

I ordered a part back on January 29, 2026. Website said 2-5 days and my order would ship. They took my money right away and my delivery date has changed twice since I ordered the part. I'm being very hopeful I still get the part. There were great reviews for this website but I'm not having a great experience at the moment.

The website has and easy parts diagrams that helped me identify the parts i needed easily and add them to cart.
The parts fit my appliance and I was able to fix it.
The parts arrived quickly and packaged safely.

Ordered a replacement ice maker for our older KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer and got it in just a few days. Unit was an exact match of our old worn out one and works great. Good communication and responsiveness, much better than KitchenAid's official parts site. Recommended.

Not really honest about delivery times. Shipping method and shipping time are two separate things, which is fine, but they are not honest upfront about it. 3 to 5 day shipping method doesn't mean you will get it in 3 to 5 days as they may not even get the part for 15 or 30 days before shipping it.

Ordered some parts for my snow blower and everything arrived fast and all parts were exact match. Thank you! Will be buying from you again. Way cheaper than getting someone to fix something. Just a few YouTube videos and parts from parts warehouse and I am back in business.

I've used Part Warehouse a few times and their service level is just stellar. I ordered parts for my Ryobi Bandsaw and they arrived very quickly and were a perfect fit. They should be everyone's Go To for parts!
