DO NOT MOVE TO PARK PLACE TOWNHOMES!!! I would not recommend Park Place Townhomes to anyone since Western Wealth Communities took over management. Western Wealth came in and they painted the once beautiful brick white, and the fences red instead of replacing much needed windows or adding insulation. Now whose bright idea was it to paint the apartments white with black trimming & pair it with red/orange fences. Let me guess, these were the cheapest paint colors? Says alot about new management. We loved the brick & that’s what attracted most of us to the apartment.

Considered moving here. Upon the first look, why didn't they renovate these homes where they truly need it? Observed a lot of windows that look like they had no insulation (honestly they look like the windows that were put on when these were built back in 1980). Instead, I guess they figured that slapping cheap paint on bricks was a much better idea. White paint never looks good on brick, it make

I moved in at the beginning of May, and I am so happy I chose to live here! I really feel I lucked out. I am very sad to have to write this review as my husband and I lived here for 5 years with very minimal issues. We moved recently due to purchasing a home and after receiving our move out charges were shocked to see that we were being charged almost ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS for "cleaning and damages".
