Found this gem on my way home on 110 and man i tell you the owners are just the nicest people in the world! Some of the BEST PRICES in town for chemicals hands down. I think i got a 25lb of shock for under $150, They are so educated in ALL of their products and do not try to PUSH extra things i dont need like some of the other stores do. TERRIBLE POOL COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT CLEANING POOLS. THEY ARE THE WORST POOL COMPANY I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. RIP OFF. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU BECAUSE THEY WILL. CROOKS. We hired Paradise Pools after buying a house in Tyler. The pool had some issues as well as the spa. The company that seller utilized for pool could not solve the problems. Paradise Pools has solve all the problems since we hired them and for a reasonable, not exorbitant price. We also hired them for the regular weekly cleaning and they've done a great job! Asked for a pricing and they have been telling me for a week that they would be sending a quote after they visited the site but never did. Each day that we call and they say the assistant will send it within the hour but it never happens.
