Park on street and check in with office. You will have to use the street to back in between buildings, but no problem. They will use a mobile dock for unloading , took about 45 minutes total. Friendly staff. You can park overnight on the street, just don't block any entrances of buisness. Great place to deliver.

We’ve been using this company for a good while now. They always treat us with respect, you gotta know the employees to understand they’re sense of humor. They are quick to help us, get out orders delivered very quickly, and when I have an emergency order to pick up it’s done fast even at the last minute ordering. I will continue using them for all of our lumber needs!!

Great customer service. I had some hinges go bad that a cabinet builder had installed recently. I found online that this business is a distributor for this brand hinges. I took them in and they replaced them all even though I didn't even purchase them from them. Don't get service like this anymore.

I was going this morning to look for some lumber and I was asking the guy on the yard and he got mad at me right away . He was rude. He cannot speak one word with love or peace.
I was trying to calm them down.
He looked very professional but the way he was handling a customer was not professional.

The guy that unloaded my truck was pretty nice. But language was not so great. Cursed a lot.

Several years ago I went here looking for some Ash lumber. The employee pointed to a stack and I began looking through it. He asked me what I thought I was doing and I told him I was looking for specific boards. He told me I had to take them off the top and could not look through them. I told him he could keep them then. This is the only lumber place I have ever been to that wouldn't let me look t

I was trying to buy a sheet of wood and one of the guys told me that he wouldn’t cut it for me. I needed it cut to help transport it in my suv. I even asked if I could bring a portable saw and cut it myself but he refused to even let me cut the board on his property. Worst customer service. Go to Acacia Hardwoods, they will cut your board for you and there’s actually nice helpful staff!

Jack and his supervisors are jerks always messing with the employees that's why they can't keep any good help. Horrible to employees and costumers, not sure why this place is still open just disgusting behavior!!
