We were set on purchasing a Palo Verde Home due to their “quality” however that was not our case. During the walkthrough of the home, we noticed several issues that really shouldn’t be overlooked. There were large gaps in the roof, gaps between the kitchen island and the floor, and the same type of gaps under the bathroom vanity. Palo Verde is one of the best builders in El Paso. Their warranty team is very responsive if anything is wrong with your home, all of my requests are handled the day of. I highly recommend this builder/company.

Palo Verde is one of the most tasteful 😍 and best quality 💫 builders 🦺 🚧 🏗️ in El Paso 🌄 🌵😃! My experience with Rocio Mendoza was amazing. Love her eye for details. She’s very friendly and talented at was she does. I felt very welcome. Came and did my home walk thru it’s amazing how they did such a fantastic job. Super happy with the finishing.

New home buyers.. be aware!! Very poor craftsmanship throughout!! Electrical issues so my dryer doesn’t work and porch light!! My home was closed on June 18th 2024. Too much hassles with new home that I bought from Palo Verde! Look at my French door wood. Gosh seems like they are using cheap materials and very poor workmanship too sloppy entire home!! Electrician came out blaming on my brand new

Today was our walk-through inspection inside our new Palo Verde home. Mr. Alex B. Was amazing. He is very kind and courteous & very patient , knowledgeable & explanatory to all our questions! He made us feel very at home in our new house. He laughed at our jokes and listened to our stories and seemed overall very happy in his job with Palo Verde! This is our very first house And we were so happy
