Worked with Josh Cooke. He took all the necessities that we were asking for and showed us a handful of perfect homes. He explained and answered every one of my questions (there were a lot). He seems extremely knowledgeable and went over pros and cons of multiple loan types, helping us make a better decision. And he was very friendly and cracked a few good jokes too.

The interaction felt awkward from the start, and he made it even more uncomfortable by refusing to show us a home because he assumed it was “way out of our budget.” After looking again on our own, we realized the home was not nearly as expensive as he made it sound.
