They will say anything to hook the deal and go back on their word later blaming it on firing people and getting new staff.
Don’t expect any communication.
Everything is done to the bare minimum just to get the job done.
TRIM OUTS WILL NEVER BE COMPLETED. I have stripes of miss match paint on the outside from the first trim out and they never returned to finish anything.

If yall buy from them, don't sign documents without reading them carefully, we bought the farmhouse from them, 220k house, they give u the little tablet to sign paperwork and rush you into the details, and I bet they omit the most important parts. We were excited to get the house. We got our house delivered in August 2023. By January 2024 big cracks on our ceiling started popping, we contacted

We purchased a beautiful mobile home during Covid everything that needed addressed was fixed accordingly. My son just closed on his home today and we look forward to doing more business with this company in the future!! Moises, Mayra, and Karla have been great!! Definitely recommend!!

Company never processed the refund they promised to. Had me wait 14 business days just to find out they never even put in for it. Now they are refusing to answer any calls or text. Took $500 to hold the price on something that we never even purchased(They already sold it)! Now refuses to give the money back after we had already been told it was being processed!
